When you order from PharmNexa, we want you to feel secure from beginning to end. That is why you should always be able to see where your order is, when to anticipate it, and how to access assistance if you need it.

Confirmation and Processing

The instant you make your purchase, you will be receiving a confirmation email with your order details. This email serves as your receipt and place to refer to first. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it in your inbox within a couple of minutes. Once received our team starts processing your order. Processing involves getting your items ready. Then, checking whether the right products are selected. Next is inspecting for quality and finally packing them in discreet and secure packaging.

Processing usually occurs the same day. Within. 24 hours if the order is received outside working hours. You don't have to do anything at this stage. We will let you know by email when the parcel has been sent.

Order Stages Explained

To explain things simply, your order typically goes through three easy stages:

2.Sent Out - Your package has departed our warehouse and is in transit with the courier.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order leaves us, you'll be provided with a track link. This enables you to track the parcel in real time. It also provides an estimated date of delivery. The tracking page will typically indicate each steps your parcel is passing through. Couriers can take some time to scan parcels into their database. But if the delay is more than two days, our customer care team can look into it quickly.

What If You Don't Get Updates?

If you have not got a confirmation email, the initial step is to ensure that the payment was made successfully. If it has but you do not receive an email, contact us. It may be as straightforward as an incorrect email address that has been typed, and we can rectify it immediately. For missing dispatch emails or tracking information, again contact us and we will reissue the information.

We will check with the courier and give you a definitive response. In the unlikely case a parcel goes missing; we will arrange a replacement or refund.
