These terms and conditions explain how PharmNexa operates. What you can expect from us and what we expect from you as a customer. You agree to the details outlined here by using our website or placing an order. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Applicability
1.1 These terms apply to all products and services provided through PharmNexa. It applies to all offers as well. Whether you place an order online, by email, or through any other official channel we provide, these rules are binding.
1.2 Sometimes, specific products or services may come with their own conditions. If so, those conditions apply in addition to these terms.
1.3 Any exceptions to these terms must be agreed to in writing. Otherwise, the rest of the terms remain valid.
1.4 If you also try to apply your own terms, they won't count unless PharmNexa has agreed to them in writing.
1.5 PharmNexa serves customers based in the United Kingdom. Orders from outside the UK may not always be accepted or may face different conditions.
1.6 The term 'customer' refers to anyone using the site, browsing, or placing an order. If you purchase from PharmNexa, these terms apply directly to you.
1.7 PharmNexa reserves the right to update or change these terms if required by UK law. Any changes will appear on the website with a new date of effect.
Offers and Agreements
2.1 Products are available while stock lasts. If a product runs out after you order, we will let you know and, if needed, refund your payment.
2.2 Prices or offers shown are valid for the period displayed. Once that period ends, PharmNexa may adjust or withdraw them.
2.3 An agreement is formed once PharmNexa sends you an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please make sure your details are accurate.
2.4 You and PharmNexa both agree that electronic communication counts as legally binding. A signature is not required to make an order valid.
2.5 Product information and images are prepared carefully. Still, small differences may exist between what's shown online and what you receive. These do not automatically count as grounds for cancellation.
Prices
3.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Delivery costs are added separately at checkout. Import duties or local taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.
3.3 In case of obvious pricing errors, for example, system mistakes that make prices unrealistically low, PharmNexa may correct them. Even after an order has been placed.
Payment
4.1 Payment must be completed before your order is shipped. Available methods include debit or credit card, bank transfer, or other secure payment options displayed at checkout.
4.2 If payment terms are agreed in writing, failing to pay within the set time puts you in default. Interest and additional charges may apply until the balance is cleared.
4.3 PharmNexa may stop future deliveries or cancel agreements if payments remain overdue.
Delivery and Timelines
5.1 PharmNexa aims to dispatch orders promptly. Standard delivery usually takes between two and seven working days within the UK. This is an estimate, though. We cannot guarantee the timeline.
5.2 If a product is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected restock date or offered an alternative product of similar value.
5.3 Delivery is made to the address you provide. Please ensure the details are correct. PharmNexa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
5.4 The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to your address. Even if it is received by a third party on your behalf.
5.5 For deliveries outside the UK, timelines may vary. Customs delays are absolutely outside the control of PharmNexa.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The order, upon receipt, must be checked immediately. The return period lasts 7 calendar days from the moment an item has been delivered, the only requirement being that the item remains unopened and in the original packaging.
6.2 There are some goods we cannot accept returns for, safety and hygiene reasons. These include medicines, perishable goods, and anything that has been opened or tampered with.
6.3 Cancellations within the above period allow for a refund by PharmNexa of the purchase price, excluding delivery charges, within 7 business days and through the same payment method.
6.4 Should you refuse delivery of a cash-on-delivery order, shipping and handling charges will be levied on you.
Retention of Title
7.1 Ownership of goods passes to you only once full payment has been received. Until then, PharmNexa remains the legal owner.
Warranty and Liability
8.1 PharmNexa warrants that all goods delivered meet one hundred percent genuineness and normal quality standards.
8.2 In the case that the product you receive is defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We shall either arrange a replacement for the few days used, offer you an alternative refund, or a product as satisfactory as the one originally ordered.
8.3 PharmNexa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of income, business disruption, or delays in treatment.
8.4 Compensation shall be limited to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the product in question.
8.5 There are no warranties if damage occurs in improper use, tampering, or failure to follow product instructions.
Force Majeure
9.1 PharmNexa shall not be responsible for any delay or failure resulting from any event beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, supplier difficulties, transport delays, technical failures, or natural events.
9.2 Obligations shall be suspended whilst the service is disrupted.
Personal Data
10.1 PharmNexa processes your data as per the Privacy Policy while complying with the UK data protection laws. This includes the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 The agreements and disputes shall be governed by English law and shall be adjudicated in courts located in England and Wales.
Your Rights
12.1 You may inquire about the personal data we maintain on you.
12.2 You may request us to correct or update such data. You can also request the removal of data subject to legal obligations.
12.3 If you do not want to receive emails or correspondence from PharmNexa any longer, you can simply opt out at any time.

These terms are effective from the date published and replace any previous versions.
